Need help? You've come to the right place. The links to general information are listed below. If you need troubleshooting tips, You will need to log in to gain access to the learning and testing for Enterprise Training System. Your Learner ID is how the Enterprise Training System will keep track of your progress and how Enterprise Training System knows what lessons you need. Registering your Learner ID allows Enterprise Training System to mark that you are present and accounted for. When you click on the System Login button on the left-hand side of the screen, a Learner ID box will appear. Type in the user name assigned to you by the Enterprise Training System administrator from your facility and then click the Submit button. Most of the time, this number will be your social security number or an employee identification number. If you don't know your Learner ID or are having trouble logging in, see your Enterprise Training System administrator. The system login button is located on the left-hand side of the page. Always use these buttons to navigate through EduCode®100. Using the browser navigation buttons from the top of the screen can cause problems. Once you have logged in to Enterprise Training System you are able to access all of the lessons in your lesson plan. The introduction to the first lesson that you have been assigned to take is the first screen you will see after you log in. You will notice several buttons along the left-hand side of the screen. These buttons will help you navigate through Enterprise Training System. Always use these buttons to navigate through EduCode®100. Using the browser navigation buttons from the top of the screen can cause problems. To begin a lesson, click the Begin Lesson button. O.K. so you are in the lesson, you have read the first screen, now what? Click on Next Screen to move to the next screen to continue learning. What if you need to read the previous screen again? Just click on Last Screen to move back one screen. The option to take a test appears in two places. If you know the material and would like to take a pre-test to comp out of the learning material, you can click on the Take Test button located on the left-hand side of the screen. This option is also given at the end of the learning material. So you just can't wait to see what's next, huh? Well, if you click the Next Lesson button, the introduction for the next lesson will appear. If that one isn't to your liking, you guessed it, click Last Lesson button and the previous lesson will be there. If you would like to see all of your lessons and choose the lesson to take, go to the Lesson Plan button. The Enterprise Training System administrator (which could be your training officer, your boss or someone in a similar position) assigns lessons to you. When you login to Enterprise Training System, the lesson with the highest priority and earliest completion date will be shown. This is the lesson you should take first. The Lesson Plan button allows you to see: If you have to exit a lesson before you have completed the lesson, Enterprise Training System will still mark that you have started and completed that lesson. You can always go back and do the lesson again. If you have to exit a test before you have completed, you will be scored based on the questions answered. So if you have only answered one question out of ten then need to exit, the highest score possible for that session is 10%. You would have to answer all ten questions correctly to get a score of 100%. It is possible to re-take a test, but Enterprise Training System also counts how many times the test has been taken. So it is in your best interest to answer all ten questions at one sitting. No test should take more than 30 minutes to complete. Make sure you are using the Enterprise Training System navigation buttons located on the left-hand side of the screen. If you use the browser navigation buttons that are located at the top of the screen, Enterprise Training System can get lost. If you use the buttons at the top of the page while taking a test, it may be the same as clicking Check My Answer. Here are some things to check. If you have checked all of these things, go back through the learning material to make sure of your answers. Then check with your administrator for help or click here to contact MC Strategies.
